For confused non-law-school-students, see law school outlines. Some professors, in addition to letting you use an outline to study before an exam, also permit you to use your own self-prepared outline during an exam. Half-eaten outlines are not much use in those scenarios.
Also, if anyone is curious, the word Brown Rabbit is thinking of is "Frack".

Negligent Lop encounters a stack of paper lying on a desk in a room overlooking the sea.

Brown Rabbit: My outline!
Negligent Lop throws his paws up in the air. Pieces of half-eaten paper go flying everywhere.

Brown Rabbit: The exam's in 20 minutes! Without
my outline, there's no way I'll pass!
Tort Bunny enters from stage left.
Tort Bunny: Silly rabbit! It's not the outline that
counts but the process of making one!

you know about a subject, you've more
than prepared yourself to take this test!

Brown Rabbit: Gee whiz Tort Bunny, you're right!
I'm gonna knock this out of the park!
Tort Bunny: Yes you will!
Brown Rabbit: Yes I will!
The two of them high five - four - one, whatever it is when two rabbits slap paws together.
